The rapid growth of Dealroom.co requires a keen, curious, and ambitious Account Management Intern to support our Ecosystems team in delivering and driving the success of startup Ecosystem Solutions globally.

Our Ecosystem Solutions help provide the data foundations for startup ecosystem acceleration, through a Dealroom-powered database, focused on specific cities, regions, countries or sectors (see startup Alberta Ecosystem, French Ecosystem, Atlanta Ecosystem). The startup databases map all important stakeholders in a startup community, from disruptive tech companies and VC-investors, to corporates, accelerators, and support organizations. We deliver a white-labeled segment of the Dealroom database, styled to match any brand. The databases provide access to investment-grade data, raise visibility for local tech innovation, act as an important prospecting tool for investors, startups, and corporates, and inform policymakers with reliable intelligence and real-time insights.

As an Account Management Intern, you will have a pivotal role in the support of startup ecosystem partners. Daily responsibilities cover technical onboarding, ad-hoc support and feature request handling, coordination of joint initiatives, data analysis, and providing our remarkable partners with valuable insights. By improving our reporting, staying on top of the startup ecosystem activity, and driving the usage from founders and investors in this space, you will contribute to bringing the specific startup ecosystem to the next level. The Ecosystems team's mission is to map global ecosystems, in support of entrepreneurship and innovation., As an Account Management Intern you will:
* Coordinate ecosystem launch projects, liaising between various stakeholders internally and externally
* Drive data enhancement projects with local authorities prior to launch
* Stay up to date with local ecosystem developments and proactively share these internally
* Act as the go-to-person for ad-hoc requests, improvement tickets, and request from our partners
* Offer proactive and innovative content opportunities to our ecosystem clients to help them grow awareness and traffic
* Engage with the ecosystem community and drive the usage for founders, entrepreneurs, accelerators but also local VCs and corporate
* Utilize data to visualize the impact the ecosystems and proactively share this with partners
* Liaise with internal teams to share partner feedback, insights and create revenue opportunities

Candidate/profile

If you are focused, hungry, and creative, with a good understanding of technology and a proactive mindset, please read further!, * Currently enrolled in your last year of undergraduate or graduate-level studies with a declared major in Business, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or similar field of study.
* Seeking a 6-month internship, starting as soon as possible
* Organised and structured thinker, and able to prioritise
* Strong sense of urgency, which translates into a high-volume results-driven output
* Self-motivated, detailed, proactive, ambitious
* Interest in and passion for technology, startups, and venture capital markets
* Comfortable with working in a multicultural, remote, and fast-growing startup environment
* Fluent in English. German is a plus. Any additional European language is a great advantage
