Nicolab is a healthcare company that seeks to connect human & artificial intelligence to revolutionize emergency care. We are looking for a talented and passionate intern Technical Writer for 3-6 months to streamline various documentation practices in the engineering department.

You will be conducting interviews with internal stakeholders, to understand the design intuitions from the process owners and the desired outcomes for the potential audiences, and ultimately translate those complex technical knowledge into easily understandable documents.


* Work closely and interview with the technical team to understand their design intuitions.
* Translate complex technical information into easily understandable information for internal stakeholders coming from different backgrounds.
* Build and organize our technical knowledge base in Confluence.
* Write technical tutorials and create structure.

* Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Basic understanding of programming languages, and/or computer science fundamentals.
* A highly organized and structured individual who is able to multitask with ease.
* Experience creating technical documentation for various technology-focused audiences.
* You thrive in a scale-up environment by being flexible, energetic, and a "doer" who is decisive and results-oriented.


* Penultimate or final year of Bachelor's degree in STEM studies.
* Strong interest in building software medical devices.
* Interested in the potential of transition to a full-time position upon completion of the internship.
