be part of the Quality Compliance Learning team and develop and deploy common compliance standards and procedures throughout Philips, including delivery of associated employee training.

You are responsible for
* Gather, analyze and document Business/Market/Function reporting requirements.
* Create and maintain validated Learning and KPI Reports.
* Collaborate with IT/Technical Team to implement requirements in the application; develop and execute test scenarios to ensure successful implementation of new reports and/or reporting functionality.
* Participate in issue management activities with internal and vendor technical teams.
* Train team members and customers on LMS reporting capability and execution.
* Analyze LMS training compliance data to identify trends and gaps; interpret the analysis for management review.
* Submit monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data for Q&R Analytics.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in reporting, processes and/or training content.
* Communicate LMS reporting updates to B/M/F users and managers.
* Create and maintain validated reports in support of Audit Report requests.
* Create and run LMS database queries on an as needed basis in support of system maintenance and monitoring activities.
* Manage reporting and analytics capabilities for Quality Compliance Learning.

The Global Quality team supports compliance to worldwide medical device regulations throughout Philips through executing risk-based internal audits and providing resources to businesses and markets to assist them in addressing any compliance issues. The Quality Compliance Learning team develops and deploys common compliance standards and procedures throughout Philips, including delivery of associated employee training. Team members are located throughout the world, and this position will be based in the Netherlands.

Candidate/profile

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
* Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related degree- highly preferred
* 3+ years of experience designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting reports and data visualization tools in a complex regulated environment.
* Technical background with previous experience in analytics and implementing analytics solutions to assist in business performance metric tracking
* Experience utilizing QlikSense to create and support reports/dashboards and ability to use connectors to various data sources- highly preferred
* Coding skills in languages such as SQL, Python and/or R
* Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques a plus
* Experience designing and implementing reporting solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw meaningful conclusions and propose improvements.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot complex process or system issues and drive to resolution.
* Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
* Familiarity with the medical device industry, regulatory requirements and quality systems is preferred.
* Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deliver to rigorous timelines.
