Job description

You will be part of our front-end team as a medior/senior developer, actively contributing to the design, development and maintenance of the web based user interface of UbiOps. Our front-end software stack consists of React and Typescript, interfacing with the extensive REST API of our platform., As a senior developer, you will set and improve the standards for the rest of the front-end team, while ensuring that everyone is working efficiently and effectively. You will ensure that the code quality, UX and performance of our UbiOps front-end is best in class and motivate your colleagues to develop themselves and be at their best. Candidate/profile

You will be part of an agile and multidisciplinary team of software developers, engineers and product specialists, giving you plenty of opportunities to grow your experience and explore new technologies. Being a team player and good communicator is important, as you will frequently brainstorm and align with the back-end development about new features and improvements.

Your profile

Technical skills
* Experience with React and the principles of modern front-end development.
* Proficient in Javascript and ES6+, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3 and modern web standards.
* Skills to develop and maintain structured, clean and documented code projects.
* Experience with Redux, Mobx or SWR is a plus
* Experience with Cypress and Storybook is a plus
* Comfortable working with RESTful API back-ends.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
* Experience and a feel for good UX and design is a big plus.

Personal skills
* Curious, resourceful and a quick learner.
* Strong communication skills and team-player abilities.
* Good work estimation, planning and prioritization skills.
* Independent worker with a hands-on mentality.
* Professional proficiency in English and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
